- 2 Each full registration includes entitlement for up to two paper submissions
(papers may be submitted to either ISARC2026, IGLC34 or both).
- 3 Each student registration includes entitlement for one paper submission to
either ISARC2026 or IGLC34.

the Combined Conference Gala Dinner.
– Workshop, June 22: Free access to Workshop sessions, including lunch.

Please note that your 3-day in-person symposium STUDENT registration fee includes the following:
- Conference, June 23-25: Free access to all plenary sessions and parallel sessions
for both
ISARC2026 and IGLC34, including Welcome Reception, lunch, and tea breaks for networking. Combined
Conference Gala Dinner is NOT included in STUDENT registration.
- Workshop, June 22: Free access to Workshop sessions, including lunch.
The following exclusions apply:
- Accommodation and travel (not included with registration – delegates are responsible for their own arrangements and fees)
- All payments must be made in SGD (unless otherwise specified) and must be received before the event. Delegates will need to show proof of payment; otherwise, they will be asked to pay on-site pricing. If the delegate can’t provide one of these, he or she won’t be allowed into the conferences.
- The online registration website is a secure website.
- Virtual presentations or pre-recordings are acceptable only if on-site presentation is not possible; please approach the organizers for details if such an arrangement is necessary. Virtual presentations and recordings will still require registration.
- All ISARC2026 sessions will be streamed live, and recordings will be made available after the event. Availability of recordings are subjected to approval from author.
- All sessions will be moderated by the respective session chairs.
- The pre-recorded video will be played during the session to which the paper has been assigned by the program committee.
- There is no guarantee there will be a moderated Q&A session for virtual presentations.
- In the case of a live (in-person) presentation, the session chair may accept questions submitted by virtual attendees using the chat feature, but will prioritize live questions from the audience.
